Seth Walters
President
Seth Walters joined ZNDUS, Inc as our new President in November 2023. Seth is a management and sales professional with extensive experience in business development, process improvement, supply chain systems and processes. He brings to ZNDUS a diverse background including supply chain, manufacturing, sales, and Profit and Loss responsibility. Seth is a graduate of Virginia Tech with a degree in Industrial Engineering and the University of Tennessee where he obtained his Master of Science in the field of Industrial Engineering.
Jennifer Joyce
Director, Special Projects
Jennifer spent many years in the rental industry before joining ZND US as one of our initial team. Jennifer oversees the ZND's operations in the eastern US.
Brett Hepner
Director of National Sales
With over 22 years in sales and marketing leadership in the building materials sector, Brett has developed a deep understanding in commercial and light residential construction as it relates to material distribution.
Kathryn Holland
HR Manager
With over 30 years of experience in Human Resource Management, Payroll Management and Certification OSHA Safety Compliance, SHRM. Kathryn is dedicated to creating a thriving culture that promotes and cultivates loyalty by empowering and motivating employees to realize their full potential, bring their best to the job and embrace an OSHA Safe work environment.
A native of North Carolina lives in the foothills of the beautiful Appalachian Mountains with her husband whom she met at NC State University. We have three children, one grandson, and three active Dairy Farms that have been in my husband’s family for five generations.
Luigi Jurius
Plant Manager - ZND West
Luigi joined the ZND US team in Aug 2022 with 20+ years of mid-level manufacturing operational leadership experience. Luigi is responsible for CA operations from project management, staffing plant and employee/training development, also improving efficiencies through process improvement and plant capacity. Expanding our customer base through partnerships and networking sales ensuring superior product quality and delivery.

Natalie joined ZND in 2022 with years of administration experience in the rental industry.
Carrie Hussey
Controller
Carrie Hussey is the Controller and Treasurer at ZNDUS. She oversees the financial management, business strategy, funding and investments of the US operations.
Ms. Hussey’s experience combines leadership and strategic thinking in cross-cultural environments, capital strategy and advancement of external relationships. She has held executive roles in a range of large organizations and brings with her more than 20 years of experience.
Jacob Ezell
Territory Account Manager - Southeast Region
An experienced account manager and sales executive, Jacob also played professional baseball in the US and Australia, lifting 3 Championships in 4 years.
David Harrison
Key Account Manager – Rental
David Harrison joined the ZND team as a Key Account Manager in January of 2023. Prior to joining the ZND Team, David has spent his career in a variety of roles including Territory Account Management, Key Account Management as well as Director of Sales and has a great understanding of the construction and event rental industry.
Melissa Rivers
Territory Account Manager - Northern CA & Pacific Northwest
Melissa became a member of the ZND team in August of 2023. She has a background in pharmaceutical and wine sales, but is excited to begin her new journey in this industry.
Brett Reznichek
Territory Account Manager - Southern CA & Pacific Southwest
Brett Reznichek joined the ZND team as a Territory Account Manager in September of 2023. Prior to joining the ZND Team, Brett has spent his career in a variety of roles including Distribution, Key Account Management as well as Director of Sales and has a great understanding of the Distribution, Construction and Account Management.
Larry Cylc
Territory Account Manager – Northeast
Larry grew up in the Philadelphia area and built houses with his dad throughout high school and college. He attended the Naval Academy to play football and served six years in the Navy as a Surface Warfare Officer. Since then, he has been in construction sales for over 10 years. Larry lives in the Annapolis, Maryland area and enjoys going to the beach and lake trips with his wife and six children.
