President
Seth Walters joined ZNDUS, Inc as our new President in November 2023. Seth is a management and sales professional with extensive experience in business development, process improvement, supply chain systems and processes. He brings to ZNDUS a diverse background including supply chain, manufacturing, sales, and Profit and Loss responsibility. Seth is a graduate of Virginia Tech with a degree in Industrial Engineering and the University of Tennessee where he obtained his Master of Science in the field of Industrial Engineering.
Wanda Richardson
Director of Operations
Dedicated lean-quality and operations professional with 30+ years of experience in manufacturing, operations, quality, continuous improvement and consulting for the automotive, white goods, construction, and hand tools industry. Consistently exceeding customer satisfaction, improvements to the bottom-line financials and turnaround of underperforming operations through lean initiatives, leadership development, building a positive culture and a constant focus on quality.
Carrie Hussey
Controller
Carrie Hussey is the Controller and Treasurer at ZNDUS. She oversees the financial management, business strategy, funding and investments of the US operations.
Ms. Hussey’s experience combines leadership and strategic thinking in cross-cultural environments, capital strategy and advancement of external relationships. She has held executive roles in a range of large organizations and brings with her more than 20 years of experience.
Richard Wells
HR Manager
Richard brings over 28 years of experience in Human Resources including 10 years of active duty service to his country in the United States Navy.
Most recently, Richard has been the Human Resources Manager Woodbridge / Olympic Products and for the Brasscraft Manufacturing Company in their Thomasville, North Carolina and New Jersey facilities. Prior to that, Richard held HR Management leadership roles for Ben Franklin Technology Partners of Southeastern Pennsylvania and Axelson, Williamowsky, Bender & Fishman P.C. (Law Firm)
He holds a Bachelor of Science from Southern Illinois University, Masters of Business Administration and a Masters of Healthcare Administration.
Richard and his family reside in High Point, NC.
Tyler Adair
Plant Manager - ZND East
Tyler graduated from Western Carolina University where he obtained his bachelor's of science in mechanical engineering. Prior to joining ZND, Tyler has held various positions and roles overseeing quality, maintenance, process engineering, and production management. He enjoys spending time with his wife and young son, fishing, watching football and anything outdoors.
Luigi Jurius
Plant Manager - ZND West
Luigi joined the ZND US team in Aug 2022 with 20+ years of mid-level manufacturing operational leadership experience. Luigi is responsible for CA operations from project management, staffing plant and employee/training development, also improving efficiencies through process improvement and plant capacity. Expanding our customer base through partnerships and networking sales ensuring superior product quality and delivery.

Jimmy Clanin
Executive Director of Sales
Jimmy brings a deep and rich professional fence experience portfolio to the team. He has been in the fencing space for more than 16 years. He has experience residential and commercial estimation and project management, to launching a temporary fence business, to nationally managing one of the largest temporary fence outfits in North America. He has effectively been on all sides of the fence from contracting, to distribution, green fielding, real estate, team building, management, manufacturing, pricing, inventory, business development, and executive level leadership.
Jimmy’s personal passions revolve around his faith, volunteering with the church, his family, and the outdoors. His most precious time is spent watching his son and daughter compete in sports, his wife coach, and his favorite personal hobby is training and running his bird dogs.
David Harrison
Director of National Rental
David Harrison joined the ZND team as a Key Account Manager in January of 2023. Prior to joining the ZND Team, David has spent his career in a variety of roles including Territory Account Management, Key Account Management as well as Director of Sales and has a great understanding of the construction and event rental industry.
Nathan Bright
Business Development Manager - Northwest
Nathan’s vast experience includes roles as a Franchise Owner, Area Manager, and Fence Supervisor at companies like United Site Services, Suburban Propane, and Mission Linen Supply. That varied experience gives him a unique perspective on the day-to-day challenges business owners and operators face—whether it’s managing crews, juggling logistics, or making purchasing decisions. He understands the motivations behind the work and brings that insight into every customer conversation.
That mindset, along with his honest, easygoing approach to customer relationships, makes Nathan a valuable resource for his clients. His strong network and industry connections often open the door to creative solutions, even beyond the products he sells.
Outside of work, Nathan stays on the move. He’s a bowler, golfer, pool player, kart-racing dad, and road-tripper who loves cruising with his family.

An experienced account manager and sales executive, Jacob also played professional baseball in the US and Australia, lifting 3 Championships in 4 years.

Alexandra Garvey is our Business Development Manager for the North East! Alexandra comes to us with an impressive background in the temporary fencing industry, having accumulated extensive experience in various roles throughout her career. Her journey has encompassed positions such as inside sales, project management, business development and Regional Fence Operations, which has equipped her with a comprehensive understanding of our field and the needs of our clients.
Dylan Schmelz
Business Development Manager - Central
Dylan graduated from Colorado State University where he obtained a Bachelors of Science in Agricultural business. He has held positions in his previous employment such as territory management, key account management and construction sales management. Dylan is currently based out of Parker, Colorado where Dylan enjoys spending time with his fiance and pets. He enjoys watching football, going to concerts, camping and enjoying everything Colorado has to offer.
Vanessa Snover
Business Development Manager - South
Vanessa is a results-driven professional with 10+ years of progressive experience in sales, client relations, and revenue growth across multiple industries. She has a proven track record of cultivating strong customer relationships, generating new business opportunities, and managing projects from initial contact through successful completion.
Vanessa has worked in the temporary fence industry for more than 3 years with United Site Services before joining ZND. She was born and raised in Southern California and relocated to the Austin, TX area in 2013, where she resides with her family.
Vanessa is married with 3 children and recently welcomed her 1st grandchild. Vanessa loves baseball, the beach, playing adult softball, cooking, and spending time with family & friends.
Amanda Davenport
Customer Service Supervisor
Amanda brings over 20 years of experience in office administration and customer service, along with a degree in Business Administration. She has successfully led customer service teams and takes pride in fostering both excellent customer care and a supportive team environment.
Based in Statesville, NC, Amanda enjoys reading, antiquing, movies, beach trips, and time with family and friends.
