Manufactured using SmartWeld technology that delivers 70% stronger welds than traditional techniques, the frames are then reinforced with corner plates. This creates a very robust frame that is able to endure the punishment it will experience on construction sites.
Welded wire mesh of ZND panels offer greater security than traditional chain link. A aperture between the wires leaves the panels harder to climb, while the wires being welded at every point of contact means that each wire needs to be cut to get through the panel. For locations with heightened concerns over security there is also the ‘anti-climb’ mesh that increases the number of wires, making gaining a foot or hand hold even more difficult.
ZND panels are also supported by a range of accessories designed to improve site security, such as; anti-left brackets that prevent panels being removed from stands, lockable couplers that require a specially designed spanner to unlock, gates that provide secure access points to sites and panel extensions that increase the hight of panels or add deterrents to them.
