ST38 Temporary Fence Panel
ST38 Panel Range
Featuring a thicker grade of tube than the ST25 range of panels, the ST38 are more robust and able to withstand impacts better than an ST25, making them ideal for rental companies or locations where they can be expected to receive punishment.
The ST38 range has horizontal and vertical tube diameters of 38mm and is available with Standard or Anticlimb mesh, with the options of corner plates and additional horizontal or vertical centre tubes to provide the frame with support.
Dimensions
Dimensions: 3450mm x 2025mm
Variations
The addition of the vertical center bar reinforces the structure of the frame along what is otherwise an unsupported tube. This bar protects against crushing damage from transport or impacts, improving the service life of the panel. The additional cost makes this a premium option, but one that can ensure a better ROI for a rental asset.
Access Control
ST38 panels can make use of a number of gate options, including pedestrian gates, vehicle gates and the high-security Digi Lock gate.
Stabiliser Systems
Temporary fencing installations consistently face challenges from wind. If even a single panel is not properly secured, it can lead to a domino effect, resulting in the collapse of the entire setup. This can damage the equipment and property, and may even lead to injuries or more severe consequences. Hence, it’s crucial to ensure that each installation is equipped with the right stabilizing gear suited for the anticipated wind conditions.
The ST38 range can make use of any stabiliser system found here.
The Performance Calculator (found in the ZND Customer Portal) can assess the performance of a given ST38 range panel, accessory and stabiliser system configuration. Register for free access here.
Accessories
The ST38 range can make use of customised covers, reflective strips, fencing extensions and other accessories to provide a more effective solution.
Powder Coating
Standard temporary fencing panels provide very effective demarcation, but bare steel is not the right look for every situation. Powder coating temporary fencing can create a far more appealing environment for customers and the general public, in addition to providing additional protection against the elements for the products themselves.
Storage & Transport
Storing and transporting temporary fencing panels can be quite a task, one option is to use a dedicated stillage. Stillage units protect inventory, speed up un/loading times, and are stackable so allow for more efficient use of storage space.
