ZNDUS’s Commitment to Safety

At ZNDUS, safety is our top priority. We maintain a remarkably safe work environment for our employees as well as continuously work to innovate temporary fence and barricade products to combat the safety issues typical temporary fences entail. Our safety measures establish our company dynamic around the world and is an aspect of ZNDUS that we are proud of.

ZNDUS’s Commitment to Safety Statement – All of our products have been designed and engineered to reduce the risk of injury to installers, removers, transporters, yard personnel, contractors, and the general public. These innovations provide value in the market as they reduce the ability to climb the fence; our SmartWeld process ensures increased stability and longevity of the panel; our consistent manufacturing process and automated quality control ensure every unit is uniform and meets our quality standards; our products have welded wire mesh as opposed to chain-link, increasing longevity of the product as well as reduces exposure to injury.

Providing the Safest Temporary Fence Products

Creating temporary fence products that challenge the status quo in our industry is where our passion lies. We have created and continue to create temporary fence products that go against the grain to provide added safety benefits for rental companies and their customers.

Temporary fences are the cause of many human accidents. These injuries happen to transporters, rental company employees and everyone who comes in contact with the fences in our community. We have created options that help reduce these accidents, allowing rental companies to have an overall better experience and product to offer.

SmartWeld – A Safer Alternative

A fence panel or barrier that fails can lead to serious problems regarding health and safety. Our SmartWeld technology has been carefully designed to avoid common fence problems and the fact that they are stronger than alternatives means they are much less likely to fail in the first place.

Anti-Climb Temporary Fence Panels

No temporary fence panel is completely climb-proof, but some are much easier to scale than others. Current standard chain-link fences have an aperture of 2.25-2.5” making it easy to climb for most children and many adults.

We created a unique anti-climb panel, although not 100% climb proof, it only has an aperture of 1.2” – resulting in safer job sites, safety for the general public, and reduced exposure to accidents and injuries altogether.

Stabilization

The most common way to secure temporary fencing today in the United States is with sandbags. Sandbags deteriorate quickly which contradicts the stabilization efforts which results in the fence falling down. This can lead to injuries, damage to vehicles or anything else in the vicinity of the fence. In addition, sandbags often shift out of place which causes additional tripping hazards, especially in public walkways. Not to mention, this increases dangers for workers in construction areas and job sites.

We have developed a revolutionary fence stand that is designed to use a standard cinder block as the weight rather than a sandbag. A cinder block does not deteriorate and is much harder to move out of place, which reduces the chances for falling fences and tripping hazards.

Storage Stillages

General stacking, storing, loading and unloading of panels can damage current products and create safety hazards.

We have designed storage stillages that solve these issues. This product allows for clean, organized, and safe storage. The stillage can also be forklifted directly onto a delivery truck, completely removing the risk of injury by manual stacking and eliminating the risk of damaging panels.

These are some of the ways we are continuously working to improve the safety of temporary fence products for our customers. To learn more about our products click here.
